Therefore, the SOR makes no representation, suggests or implies that the information contained on the registry is accurate. Any individual who believes information contained in the SOR is not accurate should contact the local sheriff's office having jurisdiction over where the registry violation is taking place.

The SOR law also does not have legal jurisdiction to prevent an offender from traveling, attending events, limiting employment, being online, restricting an offender from entering any facilities, or refraining from living with or socializing with children or vulnerable persons.
